Posters must be in A0 portrait format(i.e., 84.1 cm wide × 118.9 cm high) to fit the poster boards. Materials to attach the poster to the panel will be provided.
Please print your poster before traveling to the conference. There is no poster printing service available on site.
Include the title and author list on your poster exactly as submitted in the abstract form, so that others can find your work easily, and underline the name of the presenting author.
There will be two poster sessions at DFT2026. Poster sessions are assigned according to the ID number of each abstract, which can be found in the Book of Abstracts (available soon).
You can put up your poster in the morning of your poster session and it must be removed right after your session ends. Posters left on the boards after the session may be removed by the organizers.
Talks
To keep the schedule running smoothly, please upload your presentation in advance —preferably at the beginning of the day of your talk, and at the latest during the break before your session. Presentations must be uploaded via USB at the technician’s table in the conference room.
Name your file SessionID_Surname.pdf (or .pptx), using the session ID given in the Book of Abstracts or program (available soon).
PDFis the preferred format. PowerPoint is accepted at your own risk regarding compatibility across versions of Microsoft Office 365. Any other format must be approved by the DFT2026 Local Organizing Committee before use.
Both screen rations, 16:9 and 4:3, can be used, but 16:9 is recommended.
Personal laptops cannot be used for contributed talks and their use is not recommended for invited and plenary speakers. Speakers who must use their own laptop should contact the organizers as soon as possible and bring their own adapters to HDMI, as we cannot guarantee that all types will be available.
Please keep strictly to your allocated time. Sessions run on a tight schedule, and overrunning delays all the speakers after you. A countdown clock will be visible from the stage showing your remaining time, and session chairs will enforce the schedule.
Talk durations:
Plenary lectures (45 min, including Q&A)
Invited talks (30min, including Q&A)
Contributed talks (20min, including Q&A)
