The conference registration fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions of the conference, four lunches, four coffee breaks, catering at the two poster sessions and at the welcome reception which takes place on Sunday, 23 August.
Please note that the registration is not complete until payment of the regsitration fee has been confirmed.

Attendance is limited to 220 participants, based on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend completing the registration before submitting an abstract. Once the attendance limit is reached, the registration webpage will automatically close. If cancellations occur, the system will reopen automatically. If you were unable to register due to capacity limits, we recommend checking the webpage periodically. No waiting list will be maintained.

Regular: 16 March 2026 – 31 July 2026
Please note: the conference dinner is NOT included in the registration fee. The cost is 50€ per person (capacity limit: 200 people).
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received until May 31st, 2026, will get a full refund.
Cancellations received from June 1st, 2026, until the registration closure, will get refunded the registration fee minus 150 euros.
